Free CRM data cleaner for CSV and Excel. Auto-detects every column, merges duplicates, formats phones for 240 countries, standardises money, dates and deal stages, and checks links between tabs. Runs in your browser, no upload.
Rows with the same email, phone, ID, or name at the same company merge into one. Similar names at one company, like Jon and John Smith at Acme, wait for you to decide.
Every number is checked against the numbering rules of 240 countries, then written one way, like +212661234567. Mobile and landline are told apart.
Fixes gmial.com and hotmail.con, flags disposable and info@ addresses, fixes name capitals, removes Mme and Dr, and fills missing websites from work emails.
$1,200.50, 1 200,50 €, 12k and MAD 3.5M become plain numbers, with the currency in its own column. Amounts far out of line with the rest, like an extra zero, are flagged.
03/15/2024, 15.03.24, 12 janv. 2025 and Excel date numbers all become 2025-01-12. Day-first or month-first is worked out from the column itself.
Closed Won, closed-won and CLOSED WON become one value, typos like prospcet join Prospect, and yes, Y, oui and TRUE become true.
Each tab is cleaned on its own, and the export keeps them all, plus an issues sheet and a report.
It spots that the Account column in Deals points at Accounts, lists deals whose account does not exist, and can add deal counts and revenue totals to each account.
N/A, null, - and double spaces are removed, including the invisible characters Excel and copy-paste leave behind.
No. The file is read and cleaned by code running in your own browser tab. It is never sent to a server, stored or logged. The page is served with a security policy that blocks it from sending data to any other site, and you can disconnect from the internet after it loads and keep working.
Each column is scored against 28 types, like email, phone, money in any of 160+ currencies, date, time zone, postal code, status or ID. The score combines its header, in English, French or Spanish, with tests on a sample of its values, and the best match wins with a confidence score you can see. If you correct a column, the tool remembers that column name in your browser and uses it next time. No AI model is involved and nothing is sent anywhere.
Every tab is detected, profiled and cleaned on its own. The tool also looks for columns that point from one tab to another, like Deals.Account to Accounts.Name, flags rows that point at nothing, and can add roll-up totals. The Excel download keeps every tab.
CSV, TSV and Excel files (.xlsx, .xls, .ods), or cells pasted straight from a spreadsheet. That covers exports from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Brevo, Mailchimp, Apollo, Airtable and Google Sheets. Semicolon CSVs from French and Spanish Excel are detected automatically.
Exact duplicates share a valid email, the same formatted phone number, the same ID, or in a list of people the same name at the same company, with suffixes like SARL, Ltd and Inc ignored. Likely duplicates are similar names at the same company. Exact ones merge automatically, likely ones wait for you, and other emails and phones go into extra columns so nothing is lost.
Yes. Cells that start with =, @ or similar characters can run as formulas when a CSV is opened in Excel, which attackers use to hide malicious links in contact lists. The export neutralises those cells by default, without touching real phone numbers like +212661234567.
Files up to 60 MB and 250,000 rows per tab. Cleaning runs in a background thread, so the page stays responsive, and most files of tens of thousands of rows take a second or two.
Free, with no account, no sign-up and no watermark. I built it because I clean the same messy exports in revenue operations work, and sharing the tool is easier than explaining the steps.
